Full User Testing resulting in a 'ready to submit' report

We fully respect and understand the needs of our varying clients, which range from the smallest start-ups to multi-national pharmaceutical companies. As a result we tailor our 'ready to submit' reports for each of our clients.

In addition to their report, each client is presented with a new, vastly improved and User Tested PIL(s).

With so many new User Testing companies starting up, it can often leave clients slightly concerned as to the likelihood of the approval of their new leaflet when submitted to a national Regulatory Authority or the European Medicines Agency (EMEA). So for added peace of mind, we are currently offering our exclusive 'Payment upon Approval' scheme to all new clients for their first User Test of an approved product.

Expertise on PIL design, format and structure

We cannot stress how important it is to create an effective PIL before launching into any User Testing. We have the expertise to provide this, with the potential of saving you money now and making more in the future through increased patient compliance. We have successfully completed extensive redesign of PILs and feedback from both clients and the public has been excellent.

PIL writing and editing

We have extensive experience in the writing and editing of PILs in line with current legislation.

Strategic review of product portfolios to help reduce User Testing costs

Providing you with effective PILs is not the only way of saving you money. By carrying out an initial review of your product portfolio we can offer our expert advice on ways to minimise the number of User Tests required now and in the future.

Creation of company SOPs to allow in-house PIL design & User Testing

We respect that certain clients would like to conduct their own PIL design and User Testing and as such we are happy to advise on how to achieve this for currently approved and future products.
